Opportunities

“Notre Dame represents much that is best and most generous in the American tradition.”

— Former UN General-Secretary Kofi Annan

Students can choose between working on-campus, in South Bend, nationally, or internationally. These opportunities allow students to explore their passions by doing service in specific areas.

The Center for Social Concerns also offers opportunities to combine education with service through Summer Service Learning Programs (SSLP) and International Summer Service Learning Programs (ISSLP). These programs consist of a three-credit and four-credit course, respectively, as well as an eight consecutive week immersion experience on-site.
